The core: eighteen years of cloud-native, high-throughput distributed systems — built at places like Amazon Alexa and Avaya, sharpened by a Caltech CTME post-graduate programme in AI & ML — paired with product and delivery ownership across Shopify, Meta and Android.
Around the core sits a bench of long-trusted specialists — security leads, QA heads, people who have run companies — engaged by name when an engagement needs them, never padded onto one. The people who scope your work are the people who do it.
