Policy
Terms, in plain language.
The short version: the site informs, engagements run on contracts, apps have their own terms, and nobody is surprised. Last updated 8 September 2026.
This website
The content here is provided for information. Reading it creates no client relationship and no advice you should act on without a conversation — architecture depends on context, and these pages do not know yours.
Case studies describe real engagements with clients anonymised and metrics as measured. The material is ours; quote it with attribution rather than republishing it wholesale.
Consulting and training engagements
Every engagement runs on its own written contract — scope, confidentiality, IP, fees, liability. Those contracts govern; nothing on this site amends them.
Our apps
Applications we publish (on Shopify and elsewhere) are governed by the terms shown on their listings and by the platform's own agreements. Across all of them:
- Support is real: support@softarchium.com reaches the people who built the app, and gets a reply from them.
- We may update, and in rare cases retire, an app — retirement comes with notice and a data-export path, never a silent shutdown.
- Apps are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows; our liability for an app is capped at what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
The boring but necessary part
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune holding jurisdiction. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand. If these terms change materially, the date above changes.
