This website

This site runs no analytics, no tracking scripts and no third-party embeds — it ships zero JavaScript, so there is nothing here that could follow you around. We set no cookies. The hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs — IP address, requested page, timestamp — for security and operations, retained on their normal rotation.

The contact and training forms

What you type is emailed to a monitored inbox and used for exactly one thing: replying to you. It is not added to a mailing list, not shared with anyone outside the firm, and not fed into a CRM sequence. Form submissions are rate-limited by IP; those counters live on the server for one hour and are then discarded.

Our apps

SoftArchium builds applications for platforms such as Shopify. Every app we ship follows the same commitments, and each app's listing states its specifics:

• We request only the data and permissions an app needs to do its stated job — nothing speculative.
• Merchant and customer data is processed to provide the app's function, and for nothing else. We do not sell data, ever, to anyone.
• Platform data-deletion requirements (including Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks — customer data requests, customer redaction, shop redaction) are honoured automatically.
• Uninstalling an app, or emailing support@softarchium.com, gets app data associated with your store deleted.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion — hello@softarchium.com handles all three, usually within a few working days. If you are in a jurisdiction with formal data-protection rights (GDPR, DPDP, CCPA and kin), those rights apply and we honour them without making you cite the statute.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version that quietly grants us more than this one.
